Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Lady C Designs VI (LCDVI) believe that our customers should be 100% satisfied with their purchase. We understand that sometimes, issues may arise necessitating the return of an item. When this happens, we are happy to assist.
Please ensure that the following conditions are met prior to coming in for a return or exchange:
• Returns or Exchanges are made within 7 days of the date of purchase.
• No returns or exchanges are allowed after 7 days has lapsed, except for flaws in the workmanship of the product.
• No product will be accepted for a return or exchange if there is damage to the product.
• All baby items must be returned or exchanged, in an unopened, unused and/or unworn condition. Absolutely no exceptions will be made to this policy!
• This policy applies to any product shipped from our stores or picked up at our location.
• Refunds on products shipped out will be for the item price minus the shipping charges.
• Absolutely no refunds will be made on any face masks due to the nature of the COVID-19 disease.
THE REFUND PROCESS
Please return all items in its original, unused, unopened and/or unworn condition with the tag intact. An associate will inspect the items for signs of use or damage(s) and we will promptly advise you whether or not the item will be returned for a full refund or exchange. If no damage(s) is (are) observed, your refund will be processed in the original manner of payment. If you would like an exchange, you will be allowed to select another item from our inventory. If your desired item is unavailable (out of stock), and it is one of our handmade pieces, we will be happy to make another for you within 3 days if material is (are) available. If not, then a refund, minus any applicable shipping, will be issued. Please allow up to 14 days of process depending on the policy of your bank or credit card company.

RESALE OF ITEMS
Lady C Designs VI (LCDVI) jewelry pieces are not sold by any other Vendor. Under no conditions will we honor a return, replacement or repair if the item was not purchased directly from us or a duly authorized representative.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
Lady C Designs VI (LCDVI) specializes in custom pieces therefore all items may not be in stock at any given time. If you see a piece on one of our clients or on our website and the piece is not available, we are happy to make it for you with the same care and attention. Custom and special orders will be ready for pickup or delivery within three days of receiving the order and deposit / full payment of the item. Special orders can be cancelled at any time for a full refund, but custom orders will result in a store credit only!

JEWELRY CLEANING
Lady C Designs VI, LLC (LCDVI) happily cleans your jewelry for $5.00 per load. However, we will no longer clean jewelry purchased from any other vendor. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. Additionally, cleaning will no longer be done on the spot. Depending on the amount of cleaning required, jewelry pieces will be ready for pick up in 1-3 business days.
REPAIR
Lady C Designs VI (LCDVI) only repairs pieces made by the designer. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

LIMITED DESIGNS
Due to the nature of our business, Lady C has adopted a policy of creating a maximum of five copies of any necklace sets. Exceptions may be made during promotional or seasonal restocking of merchandise.
Shipping Policy
A shipping and handling fee is assessed to each product shipped from our store. A minimum of $5.00 is added to each product shipped locally and a minimum charge of $7.50 is charged for products shipped stateside. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND DIVULGING
We know that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. Lady C Designs VI wants you to know that we will never sell or divulge your information to third parties or betray the trust you have placed in us by choosing to shop from us.
Lady C Designs VI only collects your email and phone number in order to send you sales notices (if you have consented to receive them). Your credit card information is collected for processing purposes but is never maintained by our system after your transaction is completed.
