Lady C Designs VI (LCDVI) jewelry pieces are not sold by any other Vendor. Under no conditions will we honor a return, replacement or repair if the item was not purchased directly from us or a duly authorized representative.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

Lady C Designs VI (LCDVI) specializes in custom pieces therefore all of our items may not be in stock at any given time. If you see a piece on one of our clients or on our website and the piece is not available, we are happy to make it for you with the same care and attention. Custom and special orders will be ready for pickup or delivery within three days of receiving the order and deposit / full payment of the item. Special orders can be cancelled at any time for a full refund, but custom orders will result in a store credit only!

JEWELRY CLEANING

Lady C Designs VI (LCDVI) happily cleans your jewelry for $5.00 per load. However, we will no longer clean jewelry purchased from any other vendor. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
